numbers meet our minimum requirement. Fully private events must be booked
after hours, unless guest list meets required number, or required $400 bar minimum is agreed to.)

Open bar options only. Renter may coordinate bar tab caps/minimums or maximums. Mimosa Bar options are available on a per cocktail price, (includes sparkling wine, choice of 607 Whiskey,
juice bar and fresh fruit.) Coordination of specialty cocktails are available upon request.
We do not offer consumption bar options.
Food may be brought in from licensed establishments ONLY. We are happy to work with any local caterer, and will set up necessary tables for your event. Food options may also be purchased from
local establishments such as Sam's Club, Wegman's or any restaurant. "Homemade" food is not permitted as per Tioga County Health Department.
We are also now offering in house menu options for events.

Events may be booked during normal business hours, or after hours, depending on number of guests. Weekday Business Brunch and Luncheon options available.
Decorations may be brought in, but must be removed at the end of the event.
No confetti will be permitted.
In most cases the space will be available an hour prior for decorating, and should be promptly cleaned up after the scheduled rental. Renters will be charged for damages, additional clean up, and/or event overtime prior to or after an event, outside of the agreed upon hours. All deposits are non-refundable.
