Covid Update

We are currently open for indoor and outdoor seating! Our tables are spaced 6 feet apart, and we are asking our customers to wear masks as appropriate. You may phone in your order to pick up at the distillery, call with a reservation for indoor or outdoor seating, or you may arrive and we will seat you according to availability! Each week, check out our menu and cocktail specials! We do accept credit card payment over the phone, and will continue to provide curb side pick up, as requested.

Waterman's Cocktail Bar features unique in house spirits, combined with a variety of fresh juices, bitters, and flavors sure to please every palette. Visit our tasting room for daily specials and seasonal specialties! We also serve local Craft Beer and wines by Americana Vineyards.

History

Purposefully located on route 434 in Apalachin, N.Y., the distillery is part of America's original moonshine trail established by bootleggers traveling east and west during the prohibition era.
